v1.01 Touch/Mobile Browser (vertical) compatibility

Added an update to the original game jam code to have the game working on mobile browsers in vertical mode (while also adding touch screen support in general).

Movement for the paddle is determined by tapping the top screen above the bottom line while time traveling is enabled by selecting the bottom screen.
